Visible diode laser

Aug. 1, 1996
A 670-nm CW wavelength-stabilized diode-laser system emits 300 mW. The system comes with turnkey integrated optics and electronics and is both power and temperature stabilized. The laser provides a collimated diffraction-limited beam and is designed as a replacement for krypton-ion lasers in Raman spectroscopy, displays, photodynamic therapy, or as a illuminator. The system runs on 115- or 230-Vac electric power.
