    The MSP-200 multifunction microscope includes a family of spectral optical probes in a modular system that can be used for imaging, radiometry, or spectral measurements over a wavelength range from 20 nm to 14 µm. Faint incoming light at wavelengths from UV to far-IR can be integrated from either coherent or incoherent sources.
