Micromachining lasers
Micromachining lasers
The L-26 laser series is designed for micromachining of liquid-crystal displays and integrated circuits. The lasers are designed to be installed and mounted onto a microscope. Energies as high as 15 mJ are available at 1064 nm, 5 mJ at 532 nm, and 2 mJ at 355 nm, allowing users to work with a variety of materials. The lasers offer air cooling, a field-replaceable flashlamp, and an RS-232 interface. Users can specify either a flat or Gaussian profile.
