Optical spectrum analyzer

An optical spectrum analyzer designed to be used as a module in the company`s FTB-300 Universal Test System measures narrow-band WDM systems. The diffraction-grating-based FTB-5200 optical spectrum analyzer measures spectra from 1525 to 1565 nm and characterizes WDM channels, DFB spectra, and transmission characteristics of passive optical elements and the system. Software runs under MS-Windows, and the main FTB-300 system includes a touch-screen display.
