• Laser-pulse analyzer

The FEMTOS is a modular system designed to measure pulsewidth, spectrum, frequency modulation (chirp), phase, and amplitude-form of a laser pulse. The microprocessor-controlled instrument contains a correlator, spectrometer, and a time-delay function that allows the instrument to be used in pump/probe experiments. The FEMTOS-SC includes a fast-scanning correlator, the FEMTOS-SN includes a single-shot correlator, and the FEMTOS-ST includes a correlator with a stepwise adjustable delay loop.
