A near-infrared spectrophotometer can be used for both reflectance and transmittance measurements at varying angles over a wavelength range from 350 to 2500 nm. The instrument features a single beam optical geometry and a stabilized tungsten halogen source. The device includes a double monochromator to provide low stray light.
