FTIR microscope

The Momentµm FTIR Microscope system combines patented microscope features with the company`s narrow-band MCT detector to provide IR spectra. The Tru-View optical design allows simultaneous sample viewing during IR data collection. The motorized ReFlex aperture controls can be automated with the company`s µView software or manually controlled. Options include dual detectors, a variety of objectives, and camera packages.
