Solid-state UV laser

The Deltatrain is an all-solid-state CW laser that emits at 266 nm in the UV with power from 5 mW to nearly 1 W. The system comes as a single unit that contains the diode-pumped solid-state laser, emitting at 532 nm, and a frequency doubler. The frequency doubler is an actively stabilized ring cavity with two mirrors and a BBO crystal. Applications include micromachining, interferometric optics testing, writing gratings, and UV Raman spectroscopy.
