    A portable radiometer system and family of detector probes can measure radiometric or photometric properties of LEDs, LCDs, and array packages as wide as 3 in. The IL1400A radiometer for measuring LEDs and LCDs is available with three specialized detectors: a pen probe, barrel probe, and integrating sphere. The instrument features automatic zeroing and autoranging over a 10-decade range and runs on 4 AA batteries.
