• Near-IR sensors

Two families of near-IR InGaAs detector arrays are available in lengths of 150, 300, and 600 pixels. One group of sensors (TH7422, TH7423, TH7424, and TH7425) has low noise and long pixel sizes, making them useful for laser-beam and fiber characterization, DWDM, and Raman and near-IR spectroscopy. The second group (TH7426 and TH7428) offers a data rate up to 12 MH¥and smaller pixel sizes useful for on-line inspection, process control, and temperature measurements.
