San Jose, CA--In this video, Husain Imam describes the medical and industrial applications for NKT Photonics SuperK supercontinuum laser sources.

San Jose, CA--Husain Imam, manager of North American sales & marketing for NKT Photonics (Morganville, NJ), describes the medical and industrial applications for their SuperK supercontinuum laser sources at the 2012 CLEO conference in San Jose, CA.

SuperK EXTREME supercontinuum lasers are turn-key sources with extreme power covering the entire 400-2400 nm wavelength range, for applications in fluorescence lifetime imaging (FLIM), optical coherence tomography (OCT), ophthalmology, optical tomography, plasmonics, nanotech, and any field requiring a high-brightness, broadband fiber laser with diffraction-limited output.

The SuperK COMPACT is an affordable, general purpose supercontinuum white-light laser spanning 500-2400 nm, and is a stand-alone unit with integrated controller and computer interface for easy and stable operation with output provided through a connectorized optical fiber or collimator.

Husain Imam explains how the SuperK accessories complement the EXTREME functions in this CLEO video, to give maximum flexibility to the user.
