Parkside Hall at 1:30 pm just prior to the Optoelectronics plenary presentations.

The recipients of this award are: Alexander S. Kuzhelev, Alexander Dudelzak, Pierre-Paul Proulx, Canadian Space Agency (Canada); William E. Douglas, University of Montpellier (France); Larissa G. Klapshina, Tatyana I. Lopatina, Institute of Metallo-Organic Chemistry, Russian Academy of Sciences (Russia), for their paper, "New photorefractive polymer composites highly sensitive at 1500 nm."
