Residual gas analyzer

Dec. 1, 1995
The RGA100, RGA200, and RGA300 residual gas analyzers can measure masses ranging up to 300 amu and offer six orders of magnitude dynamic range in a single span and less than 1 amu resolution. The filament and optional electron multiplier are both field replaceable. An interactive MS-Windows-based software package allows real-time data acquisition and analysis.
