The High Energy Laser Light Opportunity (HELLO) is a technologytransfer program sponsored by the US Army Space & Strategic Defense Command High Energy Laser Systems Test Facility (White Sands Missile Range, NM). The Army anticipates 100 participants and will provide a standard set of diagnostics for each experiment. According to the announcement, simple experiments can be submitted by mail and have results returned by mail.
