    Powerful military lasers, including the 1MW, 3.5µm MIRACL chemical laser, will be available for materials tests and evaluation (on fixedfee terms) by domestic commercial companies, academic institutions, and laboratories during the week of September 12, 1994. The High Energy Laser Light Opportunity (HELLO) is a technologytransfer program sponsored by the US Army Space & Strategic Defense Command High Energy Laser Systems Test Facility (White Sands Missile Range, NM). The Army anticipates 100 participants and will provide a standard set of diagnostics for each experiment. According to the announcement, simple experiments can be submitted by mail and have results returned by mail.
