Highpower laser diodes

Lasers diodes made of AlGaAs (808 nm) or InGaAs (980 nm) deliver u¥to 2 W of CW output power. These devices are for medical therapeutics, communications, power transmission, and solidstate laser pumping applications. A variety of packaging configurations are available, including standard Cmount and TO3 cans.
