Sampling A/D converter

The ADS-119/883 is a 12-bit, 10-MH¥sampling analog-to-digital converter that meets MIL-STD-883. The converter`s temperature range is from -55°C to 125°C and offers a 69-dB signal-to-noise ratio, -70 dB total harmonic distortion, and differential nonlinearity of 1.25 LSB over the entire temperature range. Applications include focal-plane-array-based and CCD-based imaging, digital communications, and radar.
