Par Technologies (Scottsdale, AZ) has acquired the assets of iREP Research Corp. (Minnetonka, MN), a three-year-old company specializing in the development of video imaging products for mobile computer users. The company had previously acted as the exclusive distributor of the iREp Kritter digital camera and the CapSure video capture card for laptop computers.
