Dual-comb spectrometer designed for vibrational spectroscopy
The compact Iris-C frequency comb spectrometer provides 1 ms to 1 µs time resolution in the mid-infrared (mid-IR) range. Exchangeable quantum cascade dual-comb light sources each cover up to 70 cm-1 with 0.3 cm-1 point spacing. Designed for vibrational spectroscopy tasks, it features a signal-to-noise ratio of >1000 at 100 µs integration time and >2500 at 1 sec. integration time.
