UV-VIS-NIR microspectrophotometer offers high-resolution color imaging
The FLEX PRO UV-visible-NIR microspectrophotometer is a multifunctional tool to acquire microscale images and spectra from the deep-UV to the near-infrared (NIR). Samples can be analyzed by absorbance, reflectance, luminescence and fluorescence. Raman microspectroscopy and thin-film thickness measurement can be included. Microscopic samples can be imaged directly with DirecVu optics and with high-resolution color imaging.
