• LFW wants to hear about your favorite web sites!

In February 2005, LFW will be introducing a new semi-monthly column entitled "Working the Web" where we will highlight web resources applicable to our LFW subscribers active in the laser & optoelectronics industry. If you have an informative web site that you'd like to share with us, please contact Gail Overton at (603)891-9190 or [email protected].

The "Working the Web" column will highlight websites and web resources applicable to our LFW subscribers. Topics will guide the reader in identifying web sites that provide links to tutorials, information on optical design software and other software resources, location of the best database sites with readily-accessible facts and equations, the best and latest books in our industry, information on how researchers can find sites that assist them with obtaining grants and gaining access to free scientific equipment, tips on locating the best employment opportunities in the optics & laser industry, and a wealth of other on-line web resources of interest. If you are aware of any web sites that would directly benefit our LFW readers (either researchers, product development engineers, or management professionals), please contact Gail Overton at (603)891-9190 or [email protected].
