Resolve Optics has developed an easy-to-use iPhone application (App) that simplifies lens field of view (FOV) calculations. Perfect for optics professionals and camera enthusiasts alike, all you need to know is the sensor format, its focal length and the App does the rest.
Available in two versions - the FOV Calc App allows you to quickly work out what focal length lens you require or to calculate the field-of-view provided by a lens of a given focal length at a known distance or infinity.
