The PCS-150 card for IBM-PC-compatible computers provides signal sampling. The card offers two signal channels with a gate width of less than 120 ps and a delay generator with a minimum delay ste¥of 2.5 ps. Software control provides sampling by a boxcar with variable or fixed delay, a sampling oscilloscope mode, signal averaging for signal-to-noise improvement, saving, loading, display, and evaluation of results and measurement parameters.
