    The NT-2000 automated optical profiler combines phase-shifting and vertical-scanning interferometry with automation to provide noncontact surface-height measurements ranging from 0.1 nm to several millimeters, with resolutions down to 0.1 nm. Vision-32 Analysis software is included with the system for analysis and system control from a Pentium Pro PC running Windows NT 4.0.
