LASFIT software is designed to extract u¥to 14 device parameters from experimental measurements of DFB or Fabry-Perot diode lasers. The software analyzes one measurement of the laser`s spectrum just below threshold to provide estimates for facet reflectivities, facet phases, grating coupling coefficients, refractive index coefficients, and other parameters.
