The SpectraVideo series of back-illuminated CCD cameras is available with 512 ¥ 512, 1000 ¥ 1000, and 1100 ¥ 165 arrays. The detectors have two-stage Peltier coolers, and readout rates range from 100 H¥to 1 MHz. The digital cameras are delivered with Windows-based PixelView image acquisition and processing software, a 16-bit ISA bus board, power supply, and a software tool kit. The cameras are sensitive from the visible, UV, and soft x-ray spectral regions.
