PcModWin 3 is a software program based on the Air Force Geophysics Laboratory MODTRAN 3. The program includes enhancements for computing atmospheric and gas absorption, transmission, and radiance. It has Windows features of the previous version plus improved printing capabilities and file association between input database files and program executables.
