• Integrated-optics program

Sigraph-Optik is computer-aided design software for laying out integrated optics and diffractive optics. The C-based program runs on Apollo, HP, Sun, and SGI workstations with at least 16 Mbit of RAM and 8 Mbit of disk space. The software has a menu-driven command hierarchy and on-line help. The 21 primitives (elements used to build the design) include symmetric and asymmetric Y-branches, Bragg gratings, and electrical contacts on waveguides.
