Design and simulation software for integrated optics, Prometheus 2.0 combines beam-propagation and mask-layout tools. Integrated optical waveguiding devices, including wavelength-division multiplexers, can be simulated. The finished design can be exported to multilayer mask files in GDSII, CIF, or DXF formats.
