Coryphaeus agreements broaden imaging applications
Technology Service Corp. (TSC; Los Angeles, CA) and Coryphaeus Software (Los Gatos, CA) announ ced a joint development agreement that will target integrated infrared-sensor simulations for real-time, three-dimensional environments. A separate marketing agreement with the Vision International Grou¥of Autometric (Springfield, VA) will integrate products from both companies to provide "whole-Earth visualizations" based on satellite data. Military applications for simulation technology developed under the TSC agreement include tank thermal viewers, airborne forward-looking infrared imaging systems, and shipborne infrared search and track devices that detect and track multiple targets. Civilian applications include law enforcement and surveillance training. The Autometric agreement will allow users to visualize three-dimensional, whole-Earth environments for military planning and commercial development applications.
