The IPZ-3000 series adds a z-axis positioner to existing x-y stages, when needed.

The IPZ-3000 series adds a z-axis positioner to existing x-y stages, when needed. The piezo will fit inside any microscope stage with a standard 160 × 110 mm (K-size) insert opening. Maximum travel distances are 150, 300, and 500 μm and resolutions are 2.2, 4.5, and 7.6 nm for the PZ-3100FT, PZ-3300FT, and PZ-3500FT, respectively.
