The AT20-300 motorized stage has vertical lift of 300 mm, carries 50 kg, and is designed for integration into most applications. It measures 400 × 200 mm and has a pattern of threaded mounting holes. It provides 3.315 μm resolution, 5 μm repeatability, and 15 μm positional accuracy.
