Cambridge Technology analog galvanometer for large-aperture applications
The MPM30K galvanometer is designed specifically for mirror apertures from 30 to 50 mm. It uses an advanced highly stable optical position detector, with 5 μrad/°C stability over temperature and long-term stability. The analog galvanometer combines stator construction with “tapered” mirror-mount technology and an optical analog position detector for large-aperture applications.

High-precision applications such as deep engraving, PV, precision cutting, etc are requiring smaller spot sizes (therefore larger beam apertures) and very high stability motion.
