PRESS RELEASE

Technifor’s LaserTop enclosure sets up anywhere

Technifor’s LaserTop bench top enclosure, with attached hand-held controller, makes incorporating laser marking technology into any manufacturing operation a simple process.

The streamlined metallic CDRH Class 1 workstation (25” x 23.5” x 30.5”) fits a standard workbench or table. The large, balanced U-shaped vertical movement door supports the easy loading/unloading of parts. The roomy (22” x 22” x 14”) marking chamber has an embedded light and enough space for a rotary device or tag feeder.

The attached remote’s large buttons make driving the Z-axis, the embedded work area light, fume extractor and an optional automatic door fast and easy.

Safety features include a tight rubber door seal, sensors and anti-trap systems, a large IR L6 viewing window and emergency stop on the remote control.

The LaserTop accommodates the entire Technifor range of Nd: YV04 (YAG) and Fiber lasers. Plus, this enclosure can be customized with options such as: programmable Z-axis, focusing diode, motorized door, locks, T-slot table, benchtop protection, additional fume extractor inlets and a Class 4/Class 1 key.
