The hexaCUBE positioning system has six closed-loop piezoelectric motors and measures 190 × 170 × 105 mm, with travel ranges exceeding ±15 mm in x, y, and z directions and rotations in excess of ±19° around these axes. Repeatability is below 50 nm in xyz.
