The PZ 250 SG Z-axis piezo elevator stage for precise positioning of probes and components under a microscope provides motion up to 250 micron in closed loop and 350 micron in open loop without mechanical play. Varying footprints allow integration into different microscopes. Threaded holes allow mounting of probes and components.
