The LPS-24 min, piezo-motor-driven linear positioners provide 15 mm travel range with closed-loop sensor resolution up to 2 nm.

The LPS-24 miniaturized, piezo-motor-driven linear positioners measure less than 1 in. wide and provide 15 mm travel range with closed-loop sensor resolution up to 2 nm. Equipped with a piezo-walk motor providing thrust of 5 N (1 lb), users have a choice of two linear encoders. A vacuum-rated version is also available.
