DPSS laser from Northrop Grumman provides 110 Hz repetition rates
March 8, 2013
The Gigashot DPSS laser is a high-energy, short-pulse Nd:YAG laser system available in 355, 532, and 1064 nm, with energy of 100, 150, and 320 mJ, respectively. A homogenous pumping structure and depolarization compensation provides repetition rates of 110 Hz, pulsewidth (FWHM) of <9 ns, and pulse-to-pulse stability of <2% rms.Northrop Grumman
St. Charles, MO[email protected]More Products ----- PRESS RELEASE Gigashot - New High Energy DPSS Laser The Gigashot DPSS laser is the next generation of high energy, short pulse Nd:YAG laser systems. High efficiency and ultra long life QCW pump diodes allow the Gigashot laser to operate for many billions of shots. A homogenous pumping structure and depolarization compensation gives the laser excellent beam quality and stability at high (> 100 Hz) repetition rates. Specifications: ⢠100 mJ, 110 Hz, <9 ns @ 355 nm ⢠150 mJ, 110 Hz, <9 ns @ 532 nm ⢠320 mJ, 110 Hz, <9 ns @ 1064 nm -----Follow us on TwitterSubscribe now to Laser Focus World magazine; it's free!
