TMC active vibration cancellation system works in the critical 1–10 Hz range
The Everstill K-400 benchtop active vibration cancellation system has use with optical microscopes, scanning probe microscopes, and metrology instruments. Isolation begins at 0.7 Hz for vibration cancellation, especially in the critical 1–10 Hz range, through an active hard-mount with serial-type architecture. Payload resonances are mechanically filtered from the vibration sensors, allowing for high gain settings with no sacrifice in system stability.
