The Zonda hexapod is designed to position payloads of up to 400 kg with a resolution of 50 nm.

Designed to position payloads of up to 400 kg with a resolution of 50 nm, the Zonda hexapod offers travel ranges of 400 mm in xy, 300 mm in z, and 40° in the three rotations Rx, Ry, and Rz. It is built with an iron-nickel alloy with a low thermal expansion coefficient of 1 μm/m/°C.
