Safety light curtains from ABB Jokab Safety Products emit and receive an optical beam

Orion safety light curtains are available in three models, each with a different light curtain or light grid configuration. They are active optoelectronic protective devices (AOPDs) that emit and receive an optical beam, and signal a machine shutoff in response to beam interruption from an object within the machine’s protected field.
