Chiller options from Aspen Systems available

Three off-the-shelf chiller options include a liquid chiller module, direct refrigerant cold plate system, and a stand-alone turnkey system. The liquid chiller module is a complete cooling sub-system for integration into a laser or external housing. The direct refrigerant cold plate system puts the cold plate in direct contact with the heat-producing source, with temperature control of <5°C.
