Piezosystem Jena motion control stages have use as single units or combine with piezoelectric stages

A line of stages, which includes goniometers and rotation and linear drives, is available for use as single units or in combination with piezoelectric stages. The rotation drives have use in probe manipulation, probe positioning, R&D, and industrial tasks; the linear stages provide a travel range of up to 50 mm; and the goniometer is characterized by an angle range of ±15° and driven by a stepper motor over a worm gear.
