Three models of thermoelectric cooler offer varying levels of cooling in packages with gold-plated ceramics and 183°C solder on the lead wires. The required voltage is less than 8 V, and amperage is 3.5 A. The S� is 0.77 in.2 with a heat-pumping capacity of 13 W; the S� measures 1 in.2 and has a Qmax of 27.5 W; and the S�, which also measures 1 in.2, has a Qmax of 48.1 W.
