The SH-Series scanning head is intended for high-speed positioning of CO2 or Nd:YAG laser beams in marking and cutting applications. The SH integrates all electronics, interchangeable beam expanders, and laser-focusing optics. The 15-mm exit pupil provides excellent field-to-spot size. Spot size less than 25 ?m and flat-field size u¥to 300 mm2 can be obtained. These features permit marking speeds of more than 100 characters/s.
