The QLM3S867 Fabry-Perot cavity laser emits at 1300 nm and has been developed for AM return video applications. The laser is an analog source for closed-circuit TV or four return channels for CATV applications. The 14-pin DIL package comes with a thermoelectric cooler, thermistor, and GaInAs monitor as well as a single-mode fiber pigtail.
