Positioning stages

The CRPS series of low-profile positioning stages combines a brushless linear servo motor, linear encoder, and cross roller bearings to provide a compact linear motion stage. Positioning accuracy is ۬ mm, and repeatability is ۪.5 µm. The BLC motor provides 11.1-N continuous force and 33.4-N peak force at a 10% duty cycle.
