The CRPS series of linear-motion positioning stages has a positioning accuracy of ۬ µm and a repeatability of ۯ µm. The stages use a glass scale linear encoder and cross roller bearings. Brushless linear servo motors provide up to 267-N continuous force or 800-N peak force at a 10% duty cycle. Speeds range from 2.5 µm/s to more than 2.54 cm/s.
