A compact brushless linear positioning stage offers accuracy to ۪.2 µm and repeatability of 0.5 µm. The high-precision ball slide provides flatness of travel to 0.0127 mm per 25.4 mm and straightness of ۪.0025 mm per 25.4 mm. The stage is supplied with integral optical limit switches and hard stops and measures 137.2 ¥ 30.5 ¥ 55.9 mm and has a 50.8-mm stroke.
