PI linear stages are driven by three-phase linear motors
The V-817 linear stages have a load capacity of 600 N, travel ranges from 204 to 813 mm, and velocities to 3000 mm/s. Driven by three-phase linear motors and guided by recirculating ball bearing guides, they have a low-profile design of 63 mm. An integrated linear encoder provides <1 nm resolution.
