The T850 Pockels cell driver drives cells from 250 to 1400 V peak, with a typical output of 1000 V at a 4 MHz pulse rate. It has a volume <20 in.3 and can be mounted within optical assemblies adjacent to the optical modulator. It runs on 48 VDC at <2 A and has a 7.5 ns electrical output pulse.
